Atheism means you don't believe in a higher deity. But you can still be spiritual. Agnostic means you haven't chosen a religion to believe in. But you haven't ruled them out either. Nihilism means you believe in nothing, including morals, rules and laws.
People often get confused between the 3. Nihilism is more believing in pointlessness and Atheists can still believe there is still a point to life, but there isn't a deity for them.
